특이적인 단백질 아미노산의 codon 이 Chain terminating codon UAG 로 대체됨
이것을 인식하는 tRNA 는 없으므로 Chain terminating codone에 의해 mRNA의 translation 은 종결됨.
즉 , incompleted protein fragment 가 만들어짐
some strains of E.coli 는 이것을 막는 Suppressor tRNA 를 가짐
이 Suppressor tRNA 의 안티코돈은 mutated 되어 chain terminationg codon 과 결합을 하지만
amber mutation 되기전의 genetic code 를 인지하고 원래대로의 사슬을 합성
